- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ras el hanout, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Warm the pita bread or wraps.
- Fill each pita or wrap with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, tahini sauce, and harissa (if using).
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to fully develop.
