Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mash bananas until smooth in a bowl.
- Mix in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
- Scoop onto baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best sweetness and flavor.
