Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Mix in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best sweetness and flavor.
