Method
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
