Avocado and Egg Toast

Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
Avocado
  • 0.5 ripe avocado ripe avocado, mashed
Egg
  • 1 large egg large egg cooked to your preference
Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Salt and pepper
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Optional toppings
  • a sprinkle red chili flakes, sliced tomatoes, or microgreens optional

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crispy.
  2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice (if using) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado onto the toast.
  4. Top with the cooked egg and optional toppings.
  5. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red chili flakes or fresh greens.
