Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and half of Parmesan.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, spread cream cheese mixture over, and sprinkle remaining Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
