Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss broccoli with 2 tbsp olive oil, half of garlic, half of salt, and half of black pepper. Spread on one side of the sheet.
- Pat tilapia dry, place in bowl with remaining olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Rub seasonings onto fish.
- Arrange tilapia on the sheet next to broccoli. Top fish with lemon slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes and broccoli is tender and crispy.
- Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over fish and broccoli. Serve immediately.

Ensure fish is fully cooked and flakes easily before serving.
