Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese (1 cup)
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 2.5 cups mixed berries sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cover a pizza pan with foil and cooking spray.
  3. Press sugar cookie dough into the pizza pan.
  4. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let the dough cool for half an hour.
  6. Invert the cookie dough onto a plate and remove the foil.
  7. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; spread on crust.
  8. Top with berries and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Notes

For a softer crust, slightly underbake the sugar cookie dough. You can also use different types of fruit based on your preference and what's in season.
