Bananas
  • 3 pcs ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.33 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas and mix with melted butter, sugars, and eggs.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
