  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed ripe bananas
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
