Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
