Ingredients

Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with honey, oil, and eggs.
