- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, oil, and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and moisture.
