Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla, almond flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and cinnamon; mix until just combined. Chill dough 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick, cut out shapes, and make centers in half of the cookies.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool, spread jam on solid cookies, top with cut-outs, and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Chill the dough for easier rolling and cutting.
