  • 1 pound bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes, and red onion to the bowl.
  4. Toss to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
