Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter until golden and nutty, then cool slightly.
- Mix browned butter with sugars, add eggs and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on wire rack before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
