Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the butter in a saucepan, then cool slightly.
- Mix browned butter with sugars, add eggs and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips, scoop onto baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the chocolate chips before folding them into the dough.
