Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Pasta
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Asparagus
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare lobster by cutting down the center, brush with Cajun butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package, drain, and set aside. Make creamy sauce with heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cooked pasta in sauce, roast asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve lobster over pasta with roasted asparagus on the side, garnished with parsley.
