Method
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Layer the Romaine lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan cheese on top of the dressing.
- If desired, add croutons.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier option, use a whole wheat tortilla and light Caesar dressing.
