Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons Optional

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Layer the Romaine lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan cheese on top of the dressing.
  4. If desired, add croutons.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier option, use a whole wheat tortilla and light Caesar dressing.
