Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another, beat butter and sugars, then add bananas, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in chocolate chips. Pour into pan and sprinkle extra chips on top.
- Bake for 65-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 45 minutes, then invert and slice.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
