Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and add wet ingredients: oil, eggs, vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some additional nuts on top before baking.
