Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and drop onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden, then cool.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on sheets.
