Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix well.
- Mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Shape into balls, place on sheet, indent centers, fill with chocolate chips, and bake 10-12 minutes.
