Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles if using.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes before transferring.
