Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until light; add vanilla and almond extracts.
- Mix in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
- Shape into 1-inch balls, place on sheet, and indent centers.
- Fill indent with jam and bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Ensure not to overfill the jam to prevent spilling during baking.
