Method
- In a large pot, sauté ginger and garlic in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded chicken and soy sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of sesame oil just before serving.
