Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and almond extracts, mix well.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt until just combined, then fold in cranberries.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
