Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk egg and chicken broth; combine with mixture. Fold in cheese if using.
  4. Shape into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and heated through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Using shredded cheese adds richness, but it's optional.
