Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a more intense cranberry flavor, fold in some dried cranberries before baking.
