Method
- Wash and slice the cucumbers and tomatoes; thinly slice the red onion.
- Mix sour cream, mayo (if using), dill, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Toss the veggies in a large bowl, pour dressing, and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
