Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 pcs Cucumbers sliced into thin rounds or half-moons
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes halved cherry or chopped larger tomatoes
  • 0.5 pcs Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 0.5 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
Optional toppings
  • to taste Feta cheese
  • to taste Avocado sliced
  • to taste Boiled eggs chopped
  • to taste Grilled chicken
  • to taste Cold pasta

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers and tomatoes; thinly slice the red onion.
  2. Mix sour cream, mayo (if using), dill, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Toss the veggies in a large bowl, pour dressing, and stir gently.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
