Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
Bacon
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Other
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place flour, buttermilk, and panko in separate dishes.
  3. Dip chicken in flour, buttermilk, then panko.
  4. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain.
  5. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble.
  6. Spread ranch on tortillas.
  7. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, and bacon on tortillas.
  8. Fold and roll up tortillas tightly.
  9. Slice and serve.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning!
