Method
- Slice chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place flour, buttermilk, and panko in separate dishes.
- Dip chicken in flour, buttermilk, then panko.
- Fry chicken in oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble.
- Spread ranch on tortillas.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, and bacon on tortillas.
- Fold and roll up tortillas tightly.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning!
