Method
- Season the beef. Cut the beef into large pieces and toss with spices.
- Cook. Place onion, garlic, beef broth, orange juice, lime juice, water and chipotle pepper in the crockpot. Add beef and cilantro. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred and serve. Transfer beef and onions to a tray, reserving some juice. Shred the beef and serve.

Serve with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
