Method
- Pat roast dry, rub with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear beef on all sides until browned (3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer roast into the Crockpot.
- Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce; pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Remove roast, let rest for 5 minutes, then shred.
- Place shredded beef back into Crockpot to soak in juices. Slice rolls, melt cheese if desired.
- Fill rolls with beef, serve with au jus, garnish with parsley if desired.

For a richer flavor, use a high-quality beef broth and consider adding a bay leaf to the Crockpot during cooking.
