Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 ounce)
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Topping
  • Assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, grapes, raspberries, etc.)
Glaze (optional)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam or apple jelly melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Unroll pizza crust onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
  6. Arrange the assorted fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
  7. If desired, brush the fruit with melted apricot jam or apple jelly for a glossy glaze.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
