Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients; combine with wet alternately with milk.
  5. Pour batter into a greased dish and bake 25-30 mins.
