Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients in another.
- Combine wet and dry, then fold in peaches and chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack before serving.
