Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 6 slices Dave's Killer Bread (thick slices)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar divided
  • 1/3 cup almond milk add slowly until desired texture
  • cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil or butter.
  2. Whisk eggs, half of the coconut sugar, and almond milk; sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining sugar.
  3. Dip bread into egg mixture, then cook on skillet for 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve hot with toppings of choice.

Notes
