Method
- Rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Combine rice, water, salt, and oil in a pot and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- Add vegetables in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat, let sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff and serve.
