Method
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.
- Chop eggs, mix with mayonnaise, green onion, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of dill or paprika on top before serving.
