- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix seasonings and rub chicken with olive oil, then coat with seasoning.
- Heat skillet, melt butter, and sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, then transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
