Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix seasonings and rub chicken with olive oil, then coat with seasoning.
  2. Heat skillet, melt butter, and sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, then transfer skillet to oven.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
