Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • for serving Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of lobster tails lengthwise, then lift the meat on top of the shell.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over lobster meat and place in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until opaque, then serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook to keep lobster tender.
