Ingredients
  

Dried Fruits & Nuts
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or a dash of cinnamon.
