Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 11 oz blueberries
  • 3 cups red grapes (halved)
  • 1 whole pineapple (sliced)
  • 15 oz mandarin oranges (1 can, drained)
  • 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder (dry)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract

Method
 

  1. Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle vanilla pudding powder over the fruit and add vanilla and almond extracts; gently stir.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to meld flavors.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
