Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: gluten-free flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with honey, olive oil, and eggs.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
