Easy Low Carb High Protein Meals

Delicious and healthy meatballs packed with protein and low in carbs, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 8 oz ground turkey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp green pesto
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients and form walnut-sized meatballs.
  2. Cook in a nonstick pan with a little fat, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with salad, cauliflower rice, or zoodler.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
