  • 3 pieces ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
