Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with sugar, oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
