  • 1 pound ground beef browned and drained
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning package
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce can
  • 10 ounce diced tomatoes and green chilies can, undrained
  • 15 ounce black beans can, rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounce corn can, drained
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  4. Add uncooked elbow macaroni and stir.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve immediately.

Adjust taco seasoning to your preferred spice level.
