Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
- Add uncooked elbow macaroni and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
