Method
- Place chicken in slow cooker, season with salt and pepper, then add onion and garlic on top.
- Add beans, green chilies, broth, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and optional corn. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with forks, then stir back into chili. If desired, mix in Greek yogurt before serving.
