Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Cream butter, sugars until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake 10-12 mins, cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
