Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 1 package cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs
  • 1 egg egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • for dusting N/A Flour
  • optional N/A poppy seeds or sesame seeds for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. Wrap sausages in pastry, seal, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle salt and seeds if desired.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
