Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
- Wrap sausages in pastry, seal, and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle salt and seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving.
