Method
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add melted butter and stir.
- Pour in warm milk and mix.
- Add egg and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead, oil, cover, and let rise for 2 hours.
- Knead dough on a floured surface.
- Roll into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush with butter, sprinkle filling.
- Roll into a log and slice into rolls.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
- Pour double cream over each roll.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar filling.
